1. Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute a binding contract until your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, sizes, colors, and images are accurate. However, due to variations in screens and printing, colors may appear slightly different in person.
Each framed print is handcrafted and may have subtle variations in materials or finish. Digital downloads are provided in high-resolution format suitable for personal use.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and is securely processed through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information.
Sales tax may be applied to orders based on your shipping location, as required by law.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Framed prints and physical items:
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders are processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Digital downloads:
These are delivered immediately or within a few minutes of purchase via email or direct download link. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download.
5. Returns & Refunds
Framed Prints and Physical Goods:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect. Please contact us with photos of the issue. Items must be returned unaltered and with original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, content, and downloads on this site are the property of Desert Canyon Photo and are protected by copyright.
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed in any form without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
